Van Hook August 27, 1938 ~ February 16, 2025 Jacqueline “Jackie” Elizabeth Miller Van Hook was born on August 27, 1938, in Bristol, Connecticut, to William Ernest Miller and Lydia Eva Krueger Miller. Baptized at Immanuel Lutheran Church in September 1938, Jackie remained a lifelong member of the Lutheran Church.
